Support Limpid

Help keep independent AI security research going.

What your support makes possible

Limpid runs on API costs, time, and not much else. Every contribution goes directly toward one of these:

More reviews, faster

Each review costs real API credits for research and scoring. More funding means more tools covered per month.

Broader tool discovery

Expanding beyond GitHub and Hacker News to sources like Product Hunt and niche developer communities takes engineering time.

Cross-model validation

Running the same review through multiple AI models catches hallucinations and scoring inconsistencies. Currently too expensive to do at scale.

Keeping it free

Limpid will always be free to read. Support is what makes that sustainable long-term.

How Limpid uses support

Is Limpid affiliated with any of the tools it reviews?

No. Limpid has no commercial relationships with any tool reviewed. No affiliate links, no sponsored reviews, no paid placements.

Where does the money go?

Directly to running costs: Anthropic API credits for AI-assisted research, hosting on Vercel, and the time it takes to read, validate, and approve every review before it publishes.

What happens if there is no funding?

Reviews slow down. The project stays live — all existing reviews remain accessible — but new coverage depends on having the budget for API calls.

Can I suggest a tool to review?

Yes. Use the suggestion page. Supported tools don't get reviewed faster or scored differently — the queue is first-come, signal-weighted.

Every contribution helps.

Limpid is a solo project. If it is useful to you, support is the best way to keep it going.
